I have only had this vehicle for since march 2022 spent over 5000 dollars in mechanical expenses and that not including the weekly payments to the financing company and the monthly insurance and lost wages, loaner car, uber fees for loss of transportation because of the vehicle being in the mechanic shop for repairs.
FASTLANE AUTOMART FULL
I want a full refund for the down payment amount, considering the amount of money spent for these prexisting costly repairs. The vehicle is currnetlly being serviced at a mechanic shop for engine related costly issues. As of today there is major mechanical issues and they refuse to offer any full or partial refunds. They have left me on the hook for this high loan balance and a major mechanical bill. I gave them many oppertunities to make this right. I am actively in a loan contract with a balance of almost $14,000. It has been confirmed the current major mechanical issues did not occur within the short amount of time. They replaced the catylic converter and refuse to provide warranty papers. ******** auto reached out to the car lot and they refuse to offer any reimbursesments or refunds for this complete disaster. I have only had this vehicle for a very short time frame and have already invested over 5000 dollars into this vehicle and have discoverd more severe mechanical issues with the vehicle. I was told the repair cost was inexpensive. They lied and said the vehicle o2 sensor was the trigger for the engine light and changed their mind on fixing the bodywork.

The vehicle came with pre existing severe mechanical issue. They sold this vehicle for above market value. The condition of the vehicle is inconsistent to what was advertised. They continued to go up on the down payment and the cost of the vehicle. This car lot knowingly sold me a lemon As is. The vehicle was advertised on offer up for $12,900 and in Excellent condition. I purchased a vehicle from the shady lot.
